That folder is inside OneDrive, which is the usual cause: pause syncing, or set the documents folder to a plain local folder under Settings.

Release number

The packet number by default. Replace it with the yard's own release number when they issue one.

Where it is going

Nothing on file yet — normal if the pipe is still being coated. A line set to deliver will say “to be advised” rather than go out with a blank address.
Left out of the email unless you pick one. Terms change between releases, so this is recorded per release.
