Where documents are kept

Every SOE, buyout PO, cost sheet, tally and upload, filed in one folder per packet.
Each packet gets its own folder, named for the order and the customer — 61-99999 Edgen Murray. Point this anywhere you like, including a OneDrive folder, and everything lands there from then on.
Currently using: C:\Users\TBiggs\JD Fields & Co\Wortham Tower - Documents\Biggs\Trunkline Folders
Move what is already there
Copies every existing packet folder to the location above, checks the copy arrived, and only then removes the original. A folder that already exists at the destination is left alone rather than merged.
The database does not move. It stays at C:\Users\TBiggs\PacketTrackerData, local to this machine. Documents are safe in a synced folder; a live database is not — syncing corrupts it. This page will refuse a location that would put the two together.
